High End Corporate Networking Party with Full Event Management in London

Our client was organising a high end networking event for their UK office (with some of the US team flying in) and their key corporate clients.

The Brief

Full logistical and organisation for the high-end networking party. They wanted to ensure guests were entertained and engaged, whilst allowing for networking. Luxury catering and show stopping drinks were a must.

Sourcing of all suppliers, the venue, choosing of the menu options and drinks was included, as well as guest badging and full event management.

The Solution

We were absolutely delighted to work on this event with our client…

Guests were greeted by our client branded Event Managers (on one of the most gorgeous, warm sunny days in London). 

After checking their coats and bags in with security, they made their way up the lift which opened into the beautiful “Florattica“, a beautiful roof top bar that sits within Canopy by Hilton, London City. Inspired by East London’s rich heritage, this is an exemplary rooftop bar to escape from the city. The stunning dried flower ceiling really did give the wow factor as the guests arrived. 

Grabbing a cold beer or glass of prosecco on arrival, they then had the opportunity to network, mingle and take part in the fun events! 

Our mind-blowing magicians mixed and mingled, delighting guests whilst helping to break the ice and create discussions (one of the clients highlights!)

The expert service team then circulated with stunning canapes and bowl food (whilst drinks were topped up, include a smoking whiskey based cocktail and violet cocktail). The food include things such as Aged Beef Fillet with Truffle Mash, Quail Scotch Eggs and Salmon Roulade to name just a few of the mouth watering options.

The party continued into the evening as guests chatted on the beautiful balcony, and the sunset over the Gherkin and London sky line.

  • Selfie mirror photobooth with bespoke print outs
  • One of the UK’s leading photographers to capture the event
  • Personalised napkins, cocktail stirrers
  • Bespoke cupcakes within the dessert display
