EEEGR END OF YEAR AWARDS CELEBRATION
THE BRIEF
EEEGR‘s annual End of Year Corporate Awards & Celebration event. A chance for companies to get together to celebrate the year as well as the presentation of 7 awards as part of an award ceremony.
Huxley coordinated the whole event including liaising with the venue, AV, sourcing sustainable awards, the DJ, artist liaison of the West End Jersey Boys, liaising with the photographer and full onsite event management to ensure the smooth running of the event.
The evening included a live auction, a performance from the incredible West End Jersey Boys, as well as a 3 course sit down meal and dancing.
THE EVENT
Full event management package, leaving the organisers to network with guests and sponsors.
- Full logistical support with Dunston Hall Hotel
- Full support with the creation of the event running order
- Creation of the event management plan
- Full support with all suppliers, including checking PLI and health and safety
- Supporting with the professional photographer
- Full liaison with the Jersey Boys
- Coordination of the event music, including walk on music, award stings and background tracks
- Sourcing and ordering of 7 x Sustainable Eco-Friendly Awards
- Full event management and coordination on the day
